Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked and agreed a time for your lessons/package/event, you are deemed to have entered into a contract with Step By Step Dance School and will therefore be charged the following cancellation charges if insufficient notice of cancellation is given.

Notice period:

Less than 1 day (24 hrs): 100% of the cost of the lesson

1-2 days (24-48 hrs): 70% of the cost of the lesson

3 – 5 days: 50% of the cost of the lesson/package/event

If we do not incur charges and you reschedule your lesson, we are usually able to reduce or dismiss the cancellation fee altogether

We will always strive to do our best to help you, but you will appreciate that if you cancel at the last minute we are unlikely to be able to fill your space and we still may incur hall charges or Studio costs, which we have to pass on to you.
